No Charge poker tournaments are every day competitions that occur on most of the best web poker sites. Freerolls are greatly enjoyed by the poker playing community as they offer the poker enthusiasts the ability to win some bona fide $$$$ without squandering any. The entry to these freerolls is – as their titles suggests – cost-free and prize $$$$$ can range from a handful of dollars for placing to hundreds of dollars for capturing the big freeroll Texas Holdem poker tournaments.
So why do the poker websites have free tournaments? Is it because of their incredibly big-hearted character and the fact that they make massive amounts of $$$$$ so they have a societal accountability to bestow some of it back?
What do you think!
No of course it isn’t, the reason that the big poker rooms offer freerolls is to draw folks to their poker room.
Here’s the theory in a nutshell – You hear that a poker site has an excellent freeroll, it costs you zilch to enroll in and you are able to acquire $100. You think "Great!" and you go along to the site and join as a member so that you can gamble on the freeroll. You can compete in and get knocked out quickly and are annoyed because you feel you should have faired much better, or you get close to winning and so you’re wanting some more play. What do you do? You spend some $$$$ at the poker room and play a different poker match!
Always check out the freerolls for cash-out stipulations, you will just about always have to compete in a few hands for real $$$$ before they let you take the cash out. Generally this is on a 1 to 1 basis, so if you capture 20 dollars at the free poker tournament you will have to have played for $20 in real cash in order for you to be able to take out the cash.
