Caribbean Poker Codes and Hints

Web poker has become world famous lately, with televised tournaments and celebrity poker game events. The games popularity, though, stretches back in reality a bit further than its TV ratings. Over the years many types on the original poker game have been developed, including a few games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these particular games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely resembling blackjack than old guard poker, in that the players wager against the house instead of each other. The succeeding hands, are the traditional poker hands. There is little conniving or different types of bamboozlement. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to ante up prior to the croupier declares "No further bets." At that point, both you and the bank and of course all of the other gamblers receive 5 cards. Once you have seen your hand and the bank’s initial card, you must in turn make a call wager or surrender. The call bet’s amount is on same level to your beginning bet, meaning that the stakes will have doubled. Giving Up means that your wager goes immediately to the bank. After the bet is the conclusion. If the bank doesn’t have ace/king or greater, your bet is given back, including a figure on par with the initial wager. If the bank does have ace/king or greater, you win if your hand beats the casino’s hand. The dealer pays out chips equal to your bet and fixed expectations on your call wager. These expectations are:

  • Even for a pair or high card
  • two to one for 2 pairs
  • three to one for 3 of a kind
  • 4-1 for a straight
  • five to one for a flush
  • seven to one for a full house
  • twenty to one for a 4 of a kind
  • 50-1 for a straight flush
  • 100-1 for a royal flush
